With all the flamboyant accessories,
creative body painting and extra ordinary elaborate decorations the creations
of the Surma and Mursi tribes of the Ormo Valley in East Africa were destined
for the catwalk. The images found in the Natural Fashion Book by Hans Silvester
look like they have inspired the work of Maurizio Galante as shown in the
images from Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week 2012. This is not the first time
designers have drawn inspiration from Natural Fashion, if I come across anymore
images of Surma and Mursi tribe inspired fashion I am sure to keep you posted.
